Markett is a Markett that provides access to business deals, discounted services, and downloadables for businesses, starting out, existing, etc, (collectively, “the Platform”). Your use of this site is completely voluntary, but if you do use our site you agree to be contractually bound by these Terms and Conditions. Should you object to any terms herein, subsequent modifications or become dissatisfied with Markett for any reason, you may at any time immediately discontinue use of the site.
2. Provision of the Platform
- The Platform is provided by Markett with adequate technology. However, Markett cannot guarantee that the Platform works completely without error or malfunction.
- The Member is aware that, from time to time, the Platform may be unavailable due to planned and/or unplanned operational stoppages for service and maintenance of the Platform and/or the system. Markett shall make reasonable efforts to minimize the time for the shutdown of the Platform and/or the system and any disturbances that this entails for the Member.
- Markett is not responsible for any errors, incorrect, misleading, defective or missing information on membership and other products. In no case is the Markett responsible for ensuring that the information (including prices and availability) shown on the Platform is correct.
3. Payment Plan Agreement Contract
Biannual Memberships
Fixed Payment Plan Memberships applies to memberships where payments are made for 6 months of the membership term.
You agree to pay the membership fees in full for access to the site for a period of 6 months, according to the plan you choose at the time of purchase.
Automatic renewal of membership will be conducted upon each completion of the included 6 months, unless otherwise cancelled before hand.
Yearly Memberships
You agree to pay the membership fees in full for access to the site for a period of 12 months, according to the plan you choose at the time of purchase. Automatic renewal of membership will be conducted upon each completion of the included 6 months.

Monthly Memberships
You agree to pay the membership fee on a month to month basis, and are locked into a 12 month minimum contract. If you wish to cancel your membership (via request to our support email only); this will incur a 3 month fee of $179.97 if cancellation is requested prior to month 9 in this 12 month period.
4. Legal capacity to Transact
Persons who are not up to the age of 18 must not use the website. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. Should Markett suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, Markett reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed at markett.com.au.
5. Restrictions
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we hereby grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site by displaying it on your internet browser only for the purpose of shopping for personal items sold on the Site and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly permitted by us in advance. Any breach of this Agreement shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.

In the event any user operates multiple accounts, Markett shall terminate the account and membership of such user. Markett shall also terminate the membership of a user whose accounts is shared by different users, You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
8. Member Registration And Accounts

14. Severability
