The 6 months’ free EFTPOS machine rental offer (the Offer) is available to eligible persons from 1 January 2019 until 31 January 2020 unless it is withdrawn earlier by Tyro, at its discretion (Offer Period). Should Tyro withdraw the Offer, Tyro will honour the Offer for any applications received but not yet approved before the Offer is withdrawn, as long as the application is approved within 2 months of being received or the Offer being withdrawn (whichever is the later). This Offer is not applicable in conjunction with any other Tyro offer including any Special Offer pricing which includes some flat fee simple pricing offers.
To be eligible for the Offer you must: receive an offer from Tyro or one of its partners inviting you to take up the Offer; be a new to Tyro merchant with a maximum of five sites and new ABN to Tyro; be approved as a Tyro EFTPOS Banking merchant during the Offer Period; and not be a member of a merchant group, corporate group, buying group or franchise group that has an agreement with Tyro, (the Eligibility Criteria).
